We serve individual clients in Georgia, throughout the United States, and internationally, providing services for over 1,000 individual tax returns each year.

The concentrated knowledge of Seymour & Perry, LLC in the fields of trusts, estates, income taxes, and employee benefits provides a unique ability to assist clients with retirement planning, helping to minimize the impact of taxes on their estates.

Our CPA firm provides accounting and tax services to approximately 325 corporate, partnership, fiduciary, and tax-exempt organizations in Northeast Georgia and beyond. Services include:

• monthly, quarterly, or annual financial statements

• payroll and sales tax reporting

• tax returns

• representation before the IRS or state agencies

In addition to our accounting services, our staff includes several Notary Publics. If you need an impartial witness to notarize the signing of important documents, we provide this service free to clients.

Our firm provides bookkeeping services including assistance with Quickbooks Accounting, Sage Accounting, or transactions from bank statements. The level of service is customized to each client's needs.

Monthly, quarterly, or yearly bookkeeping services include:

• Posting transactions.

• Bank and credit card reconciliations.

• Reporting (as needed).

Assistance and support for Quickbooks Accounting includes: 

• Account setup and organization.

• Training to assist in client use of programs.

• Phone and e-mail support.

Seymour & Perry, LLC provides auditing services in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and governmental auditing standards. Our services include auditing financial statements for for-profit and nonprofit entities as well as retirement plan audits for 401(k) and 403(b) plans. Additionally, we offer review and compilation services adhering to standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Our firm offers a range of consulting services related to business start-ups, sales of businesses, forecasts and projections, valuations, internal accounting controls, computer systems, credit application, retirement of key executives, and more.

In addition to the professional pursuits of Seymour & Perry, LLC, our firm has presented lectures and seminars across the United States, educating CPAs, attorneys, and trust officers on various accounting and auditing topics. Our outstanding professional library, specialized computer software, and research assistants keep our staff knowledgeable and up to date with developments relating to our various fields of expertise. Additionally, our Managing Partner, M. Alan Perry, and our Manager of Auditing & Attest Services, Sarah B. Simpson, have both previously served as adjunct professors at the University of North Georgia.​
