Per Diem Rates

Fiscal Year 2026 continental United States (CONUS) per diem reimbursement rates as set by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) are effective from October 1st, 2025 through September 30th, 2026.

• Standard CONUS Lodging Rate:  $110

• Meals & Incidental Expenses (M&IE) Standard Rate: $68

• Meals & Incidental Expenses (M&IE) for Non-Standard Areas (NSAs): $68 to $92
