Per Diem Rates

Fiscal Year 2023 continental United States (CONUS) per diem reimbursement rates as set by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) are effective from October 1st, 2022 through September 30th, 2023.

Changes from prior years include the following: 

• Increase in maximum lodging allowance rates in some existing per diem localities.

• Increased standard CONUS lodging rate (from $96 to $98)

​

The Meals & Incidental (M&IE) per diem tiers remain unchanged at $59-$79, with the standard M&IE rate unchanged at $59.
