Accounting and tax services for approximately 260 corporate, partnership, fiduciary organizations and tax-exempt organizations in Northeast Georgia and beyond.  Services include:  monthly, quarterly or annual financial statements, payroll and sales tax reporting, tax returns and representation before the IRS or state agencies.

Consulting services related to business start-ups, purchase and sale of businesses, budgeting, forecasts and projections, valuations, internal accounting controls, computer systems, credit application and retirement of key executives, etc….

Auditing Services – The Firm provides auditing services in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards, and governmental auditing standards, as well as review services in accordance with standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Estate and Retirement Planning – The Firms concentrated knowledge in the fields of trust, estate, income taxes, and employee benefits provides a unique ability to assist our clients in planning for retirement and minimizing the impact of taxes on their estate. 

In addition, we have lectured on accounting and auditing topics for teaching seminars for CPA’s, attorneys and trust officers across the United States.  We have an outstanding professional library, specialized computer software and research assistants.

(Our peer reviewers have access to client information, but they are bound by the same standards of confidentiality.)  The accountant’s work is undertaken in strict confidence and with an understanding of privacy.
